We operate a wide range of premier recreational facilities, including fitness clubs, golf courses, racquet clubs, pools, and Supreme Sports Club.

Weโ€™re looking for a parttime Arena Operations Supervisor to help lead exceptional arena experiences, support a highperforming team, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our members and guests.

As an Arena Operations Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the daytoday success of our arena operations by:

  • Supervising daily arena operations to ensure a safe, highquality recreational environment
  • Serving as Manager on Duty and covering assigned arena shifts
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching Arena Attendants
  • Fostering a positive, servicefocused atmosphere for members and guests
  • Addressing member feedback with professionalism and timely solutions
  • Conducting facility walkthroughs and coordinating maintenance needs
  • Supporting budgeting, timekeeping, and staffing coverage
  • Training staff on club programs, procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use
  • Upholding CAโ€™s mission, values, and commitment to community engagement

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in recreation, facility operations, or health & fitness environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and supervise staff during active operations
  • Confidence handling conflict and highpressure situations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required within 60 days of hire)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular facility walkthroughs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours
  • Work in both office and active arena environments

Compensation & Benefits Include:

The pay range for this position is $23.50ย  toย  $26.00/ per hour.ย  The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the positionย andย theย amount budgetedย for the role.
