Area Manager - Twin Cities Area (Full-Time)

ServiceMaster Clean Team is currently hiring an experienced Area Manager to oversee janitorial accounts throughout the Twin Cities area, including Minneapolis and surrounding cities. We are looking for a motivated leader with strong customer service, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Area Manager
  • Location: The Area Manager will oversee accounts in different cities including but not limited to Saint Cloud, Willmar, and Monticello.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
  • Salary: Starting at $65,000 annually
  • Additional Perks: Company vehicle and gas card provided

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and nightly inspections of assigned buildings and accounts
  • Monitor quality of service, production rates, and employee performance
  • Manage inventory, supplies, chemicals, and materials within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Support, mentor, and supervise onsite employees and supervisors
  • Review employee performance and assist with career development
  • Monitor and approve timesheets for accuracy and completion
  • Schedule and dispatch staff to ensure daily coverage
  • Oversee employee technical training and safety compliance
  • Assist with workers' compensation activities alongside HR and Safety teams
  • Perform additional assignments requested by leadership


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds
  • Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Fast-paced office and field environment
