Layton Hotel PortfolioWestern States Lodging & Management | Layton, UTPosition SummaryWestern States Lodging & Management is seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and revenue growth across our Layton, Utah hotel portfolio. This role supports four Marriott and Hilton branded properties: Hilton Garden Inn Layton, Home2 Suites Layton, Courtyard Layton, and TownePlace Suites Layton.The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong corporate and group relationships, and driving occupancy across all assigned hotels. This is a multi-property position that requires frequent travel between locations within the Layton market.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top hospitality sales talent:Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (dependent on experience)Performance-based incentive and bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance coverage401(k) with company matchHealth Savings Account (HSA) optionPaid time off and paid holidaysMileage and travel reimbursement between propertiesHotel discounts and additional employee benefitsWhat You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will oversee sales efforts for all four Layton-area hotels, focusing on group, corporate, and transient business development.
