Job Description
Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support corporate real estate and capital improvement projects throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will serve as an owner's representative, leading projects from initiation through closeout while delivering exceptional client service and ensuring successful project outcomes related to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple concurrent capital projects, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • Lead project planning efforts including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to client stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Review consultant and contractor deliverables, contracts, proposals, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Manage project change control processes and ensure client approvals are obtained as required.
  • Support project construction, occupancy, turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide additional value.
  • Ensure application of best practices, governance procedures, and quality standards on all projects.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned across projects.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting environments.
  • Experience managing capital improvement, workplace, renovation, or facility-related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and consultant management.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or Smartsheet.
  • PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred.

Additional Information
This position is based in St. Louis, Missouri and will support projects throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. Regular client meetings and site visits are required.
