    Job Summary
    We are looking for a hardworking individual who is looking to grow their career in property management with a fast-growing company. The Leasing Manager is responsible for the marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of apartments. The position requirements include coordinating with the leasing team in all aspects of the leasing process such as the application process, make ready apartment inspections, qualifying and closing on traffic, and ongoing training.
    Essential Job Functions
    • Oversee sales process and provide exceptional tour experience for prospective residents
    • Proactively follow up with all current and prospective renters utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current residents to ensure retention and satisfaction
    • Utilize customer service skills to professionally resolve issues
    • Direct the daily work performance of the leasing team and conduct weekly performance evaluations.
    • Provide ongoing training to the leasing team.
    • Involvement in interview and hiring process in accordance with STYL policy under the direction of the Director of Sales.
    • Establish and coordinate scheduling for leasing staff and manage coverage.
    • Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs and follow-up (DAR).
    • Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and competition in the area.
    • Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and satisfaction.
    • Provide daily motivation and oversee sales goals for the leasing team and a method for accountability of leasing activity.
    • Coordinate community outreach marketing and develop a network of local business relationships.
    • Inspect make ready standards and tour path and promptly inform maintenance staff of any issues when unable to resolve on own.
    • Review daily pricing in Yieldstar with Property Manager and make recommendations to achieve overall property goals.
    • Submit weekly reporting and weekend update reporting.
    • Track traffic, appointments, and leases daily in Knock.
    • Audit websites, ILS sites, and other cyber sources weekly.
    • Review stale units daily and develop sales plan to lease them.
    • Assist Property Manager with monthly financial review process and other investor deliverables
    • Act as Property Manager in the Manager’s absence to resolve resident issues and support the Leasing and Maintenance teams.
    • Accept and process rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees
    • Perform other job duties as required
    Who we are looking for
    • College degree preferred
    • At least 2 Years direct experience in multi-family property management
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word Etc.)
    • Knock and One Site experience preferred
    • Demonstrate diligence, patience, diplomacy, follow-through, tact, fairness, integrity, and common sense. Must be motivational and goal driven.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple priorities simultaneously.
    This position has a compensation range of $27-29/hour plus renewal and leasing commissions.
