Job description

Responsibilities: Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our customers Communicate daily with all project partners Respond to service calls (APS) within 72 hours Carry out maintenance and alterations to unoccupied apartments in accordance with quality standards Perform general maintenance of buildings and common areas Coordinate inspections of apartment rotations with customer service representatives Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Perform preventive maintenance inspections and reports Ensure that contractors meet deadlines and do their work in accordance with the terms of the contract Clear snow when necessary Touch up paint as needed Ensure appropriate and precise stock management Perform on-call emergency services according to the schedule provided by the Area Coordinator Complete all instructions required for the position on a tablet Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Coordinator Professional requirements: 2 years of maintenance experience, an asset 3-5 years preferred renovation experience Technical requirements: Good knowledge of English (written and oral) Familiarity with tablets is an asset Non-technical requirements: Willingness to provide excellent customer service Excellent time management and priority management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm and confidence Make sure you have all the tools in the tool list before the end of the probationary period Ability, up to eight hours a day, to walk, stand, climb stairs and lift equipment Ability to lift up to 90 kg using appropriate equipment Additional Details: Vehicle required and valid driver's license Overtime on call required, and be on duty when required.
