AREA BUSINESS MANAGER

Growing Burger King Franchisee is seeking a proven Area Business Manager to support our Midwest Market. At Burger King, we're committed to creating a Merit based culture that leads to the best restaurant experience possible for our employees and our customers. We are seeking a self driven professional with Profitable P&L management experience in a multi-unit organization. Must have a consistent record of improving guest relations, driving revenues and increasing profits.

The primary responsibility of the Area Business Manager is to develop and empower their teams, to ensure profitability and deliver 7- Star customer satisfaction in their Restaurants.

VISION FOR ORGANIZATION

We exist to build sales and generate profit by recruiting and developing Ambassadors to execute the Burger King C.A.R.E. model and 7 Star strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Bring a minimum of 5+ years as a successful multi-unit leader in a Quick-Service, or Fast Food Concept with a record of building and leading teams, delivering consistent exceptional food while having the ability to drive profits and budgets. Work alongside your restaurant teams to drive operations excellence and deliver quality meals and service. Develop a culture where all of the people on the team feel empowered and accountable for the success of the entire team and the restaurant. Be a results-oriented; high-energy, self-starter with proven ability to drive operational effectiveness for multi-unit concepts; multitasks and adapts to shifting priorities Meet and/or exceed the Budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred 3 to 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant and/or retail industry is required. Candidate must be capable of working flexible hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Work closely with Owners and other members of the Leadership Team Ability to travel. Have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills. Valid drivers license and insurable. Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently Bilingual; English/Spanish preferred.
