What you will do in this role

The Area Business Manager will work remotely, reporting to an EcoCore Director, and will be responsible for the company's EcoCore success in the Midwest. This will be accomplished through effective sales, business development, and channel management, along with solid market execution skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manageaccountstooptimizemarket access - create and implement product / distributorprogramsthat deliver results
  • Establish andmaintainregular contact with customers and keyinfluencerstoevaluate needs,obtainfeedback,andincrease Atticus company and portfolio awareness
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners who are committed to EcoCore markets
  • Executeannual territory business planandprovide ongoingcustomer and item-levelforecasts
  • Leadand execute effective sales strategiesand go-to-marketinitiativesto achieve salesand profittargets
  • Develop positive relationships withdistribution partners and end-users,built on trust and collaboration
  • Cultivatea robust pipeline of prospective leads and opportunities
  • Effectively communicatewithcustomersto achieve goalsfor current and future products, including building and deliveringimpactfulpresentations
  • Build relationships with internal team members, collaborating cross-functionally to driveEcoCoreportfolio performance

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in EcoCore markets
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Demonstratedtrack recordof sales and business development achievement in a hands-on environment
  • Proven knowledge and network ofdistributorsand end-users
  • Self-starter withahigh degree of ownership and strategic thinking
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and partners
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs and skilled at analyzing data to create and deliver presentations
  • Travel as needed to support the EcoCore Division
