Creative Solutions Group (CSG) is growing. We’re looking to hire Project Engineers to join our innovative fabrication team.
What You’ll Do:

  • Create 3D models and detailed drawing layouts using Autodesk Inventor.
  • Help turn conceptual exhibit designs into buildable, functional solutions.
  • Use R-CIM Automation for CNC programming and part layouts.
  • Design wiring schematics and custom PCBs using KiCad.
  • Integrate PLC and Arduino-based microcontrollers for controls and interactivity.
  • Collaborate directly with project managers and shop leads on fabrication.
  • Participate hands-on in production to support and refine build quality.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Quick thinkers with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a shop and production environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (especially Inventor), or the ability to learn fast.
  • Interest in or experience with CNC, 3D printing, electronics, or fabrication.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.
  • Open to entry-level candidates with the right mindset and learning ability.
