Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We're looking for a Director, Product - Endpoint Detection & Response to be part of making this happen.
LOCATION: This role is open to Remote-USA, Remote-Canada, Hybrid-Eden Prairie-MN-USA, Hybrid-San Antonio-TX-USA, & Hybrid-Waterloo-ON-CAN.
About the Role:
The Director, Product will be a pivotal member of Arctic Wolf's Product team, focusing on Endpoint Detection and Response. This role will support the strategic goals of Arctic Wolf by enabling product management processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational success. This role works closely with the R&D team to ensure product delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
This position is ideal for someone with broad exposure in the Cybersecurity market, who has deep technical ability and strong relationships within the industry. This role would suit someone with a solid background in Endpoint Security.
This role will play a critical role in delivering an EDR product to market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Execution:
    • Define and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection and Response in alignment with the overall company roadmap and go-to-market objectives
    • Develop and maintain relationships directly with internal key influencers/leaders (e.g. key engineering leaders, user-experience leaders, and sales engineering teams) to inform and execute product priorities
    • Work closely with the Customer SOC team to develop a virtuous cycle of feature delivery that empowers our internal teams and delivers value to our customers & partners
    • Collaborate with other Product Managers and teams within Arctic Wolf, identifying interactions, flagging dependencies/risks, aimed at delivering cross product and cross business unit deliverables while ensuring that the best company-level decisions are taken
    • Develop and maintain relationships directly with internal key influencers/leaders (e.g. key engineering leaders, user-experience leaders, and sales engineering teams) to inform and execute product priorities
    • Own and proactively drive accomplishment of the operational needs within your assigned area of the team.
    • Collaborate with UX team to ensure that the user experience of each release is at the center of what is delivered
    • Collaborate with R&D team to translate high-level product goals into detailed requirements and actionable deliverables.
    • Own product backlog prioritization for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Analyze and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with our Security Services & Customer Experience teams who deliver our Support and Managed Services
    • Collaborate cross functionally with R&D, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on initiatives and deliverables
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Help streamline internal processes to improve development efficiency and delivery timelines.
  • Team Building:
    • Establish strong relationships with the Product teams at Arctic Wolf to drive the delivery of an EDR product to market

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in a technical or product role
  • Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships across time zones.

Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks is a plus.

The base salary range for this job family is 186,000 to 302,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
