Job description

Transparency matters! While we’re not actively hiring for a Solution Architect at this moment, we’re always excited to connect with talented professionals who share our vision for innovation. If you're passionate about driving meaningful impact alongside us, we’d love to hear from you! Please do apply and we’ll reach out to you in the near future.

HumanTouch is seeking a Technical Solution Architect who combines deep technical expertise with creativity, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. In this pivotal role, you will design and articulate innovative, mission-driven technology solutions that integrate AI, automation, data visualization, and decision management capabilities to help government clients solve complex challenges.

You’ll play a hybrid role spanning solution architecture and pre-sales engineering—designing end-to-end technical solutions while collaborating closely with clients to understand their decision processes, demonstrate platform capabilities, and shape technical strategy. This individual will also master and support HumanTouch’s HT Navigator AI platform, powered by CORAS, contributing to client success and internal enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership:

  • Design and develop end-to-end AI and automation solutions integrating cloud, low-code/no-code, and decision management platforms.
  • Architect solutions that leverage APIs, RPA, SaaS tools, LLMs, and data visualization platforms to meet complex mission needs.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and define scalable, secure architectures aligned with customer requirements and federal standards.
  • Collaborate with proposal, capture, and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client goals.
  • Build and present tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept illustrating customer value and mission impact using HT Navigator AI.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies (AI/ML, agentic AI frameworks, automation tools) and assess their applicability to mission environments.

Pre-Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Partner with prospects to understand their decision management processes, pain points, and technical environments.
  • Demonstrate software capabilities—particularly within HT Navigator AI, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau—to showcase data-driven insights.
  • Configure and present customized proofs of concept (POCs) aligned with client-specific objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by articulating the long-term value, ROI, and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share client feedback and contribute to feature enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training sessions to build awareness and adoption of HumanTouch technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.

         Demonstrated expertise in:

  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • AI/Automation tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Appian, Make, Zapier
  • Data visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
  • API design and integration
  • Low-code/no-code platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating or supporting technical proposal content and demos for government or enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, CORAS.ai, and HT Navigator AI.
  • Understanding of federal compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST).
  • Experience mentoring or training teams on AI/automation tools.
  • Proven success in pre-sales solutioning for data-driven, decision-support, or automation-focused software.

Why Join HumanTouch

At HumanTouch, we believe in empowering mission success through technology that is intelligent, adaptive, and impactful. As a Solution Architect, you will help shape the future of digital modernization—bridging AI, automation, and decision intelligence to deliver measurable results for our clients.
