Job Description:
  • We are looking for an Engineering and Architecture Lead to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. An ideal candidate will recognize the issue(s), identify the facts, define additional data that would be helpful, make assumptions as necessary, determine alternative approaches, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, alter assumptions, rework solutions, and reflect on lessons learned.

The Engineering and Architecture Lead shall posses the following capabilities:
  • Analyze user's requirements, create operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities.
  • Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Develop System Architecture and system design documentation.
    Desired:
  • Master's Degree in any of the below disciplines.
  • Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views.
  • Experience with data visualization, aggregation and reporting tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL data solutions, SQL and other query languages.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
  • Ten (10) years of experience working in the DoD.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity and ten (10) years of architecture and engineering experience in the DoD.
  • Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in architecting and engineering classified DoD systems of similar scope or complexity.
  • Three (3) years of experience using C2S or C2E to deliver technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with DoD Targeting tools and architecture.

Certifications Required:
  • Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: 260,000-310,000
