Program Structure This is a 12-week apprenticeship program over the summer months, starting after VUSD graduation; start date is to be determined. The apprentice will make job rotations during the 12-weeks to experience working in more than one production department within the company. Each week, apprentices will come together to participate in training sessions that will cover various topics including, safety, professional skills, HR topics, and company knowledge. These topics are aimed to create a better understanding of All Weather as a company and to train apprentices on work/life skills that they can take to any future position. Based on performance and mutual acceptance, this program has the opportunity to be extended after the 12-weeks to a full time, permanent position with All Weather, which would include a pay increase and the All Weather benefit package. Qualifications
  • Participants must be 18+ years old by the program start date.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, unassisted.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach within hand and arm length, kneel, and crouch.

Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse/production environment; loud machine noises from production machinery, and exposure to hot/cold temperatures depending on season.
