Siamo alla ricerca di un Disegnatore Revit Esperto che abbia almeno 10 anni di esperienza e voglia entrare a far parte di uno studio in crescita, specializzato nella progettazione di residenze esclusive e hotel di charme. La figura ideale possiede solide competenze tecniche e organizzative per supportare il team nella realizzazione di progetti di alta qualità, garantendo precisione e affidabilità in tutte le fasi della progettazione esecutiva e della preparazione della documentazione tecnica.

Sei la persona che cerchiamo se:

Hai una profonda conoscenza di Revit, con esperienza consolidata nella modellazione BIM e nella gestione di progetti complessi.

Hai una visione strutturata del processo progettuale e una buona comprensione delle dinamiche di cantiere.

Sei in grado di sviluppare disegni tecnici dettagliati, dalla fase preliminare all’esecutivo.

Sai lavorare in un team multidisciplinare, coordinandoti con architetti, ingegneri e consulenti esterni.

Sei capace di gestire i flussi di lavoro, rispettando scadenze e priorità.

Sei preciso nella catalogazione e gestione delle informazioni tecniche.

Sai leggere ed interpretare elaborati grafici complessi e tradurli in soluzioni pratiche e realizzabili.

Sai utilizzare, oltre a Revit, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD e altri strumenti di progettazione architettonica.

Una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per gestire eventuali collaborazioni internazionali è un punto in più ma non obbligatoria.

Requisiti di formazione

Laurea in Architettura o Ingegneria, oppure Diploma tecnico come Geometra.

Il nostro studio ha sede a Bormio (SO), una location unica nel cuore delle Alpi, che ispira creatività e grinta. Crediamo nel valore della collaborazione in sede, ma offriamo la possibilità di lavoro da remoto, con incontri in sede a frequenza serrata per garantire il corretto allineamento del team e la condivisione degli avanzamenti di progetto.

Il contratto che offriamo

Contratto a progetto per il primo incarico (prova retribuita), con possibilità di passaggio a contratto full time in base ai risultati e al desiderio di crescita professionale dimostrato.

Collaborazione con Partita IVA e iscrizione a un ordine professionale.

Compenso basato sulla tua professionalità ed esperienza, con assoluta possibilità di crescita all’interno dello studio in funzione dell’impegno dimostrato.
