Architectural Project Manager
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (Hybrid) Experience: 8-10 Years
Salary: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to join our Midtown Manhattan office. This role is designed for a professional with significant "out of the ground" construction experience and a proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced urban environment.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle-from design development to final punch lists-ensuring technical excellence and maintaining our reputation for design quality and client service.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Management: Lead architectural projects from Design Development through Construction Completion, ensuring all milestones and firm standards are met.
Construction Administration: Provide robust "on the ground" CA services, including managing submittals, RFIs, and regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
Team & Consultant Leadership: Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants. You will be the central hub for all technical coordination.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, budgets, and project schedules with transparency.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the quality and coordination of construction documents, applying a deep understanding of building systems and constructability.
Staff Mentorship: Mentor junior staff, guiding their professional growth and ensuring consistency across project deliverables.
* Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) with 8 to 10 years of experience focusing on ground up or "out of the ground" built projects.
* Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure with a strong technical understanding of building systems, constructability, and NYC codes.
* Expert level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to lead complex design and documentation processes.
* Extensive experience in commercial architecture, specifically within data centers or mission critical facilities preferred
