The ideal candidate has progressed through a traditional architectural career path, possesses strong Revit expertise, and is capable of managing projects while remaining actively involved in production.

This position offers long-term career growth, direct mentorship from firm leadership, diverse commercial project exposure, and a healthy work-life balance without the excessive overtime often associated with the architecture industry.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact after project kickoff
  • Lead weekly project communications and status updates
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
  • Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions
Architectural Production
  • Produce and oversee construction documents using Revit

  • Enjoy both project management and architectural production

  • Communicate proactively and professionally
