About the Role

Gropen Inc. is seeking a skilled Installer with cabinetry experience to join our installation team. This position involves installing custom signage, displays, and exhibit elements with the precision and finish quality expected in high-end cabinetry work. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure flawless fit and finish.

***Please note this role requires 30-40% travel***

Responsibilities

  • Install custom signage, displays, and architectural cabinetry-style elements.
  • Review shop drawings and ensure accurate, level, and clean installations.
  • Operate woodworking tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Work with veneers, laminates, and fine finishes to ensure seamless results.
  • Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure safety and site cleanliness during and after installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

  • Proven cabinetry or millwork installation experience.
  • Strong skills in finishing, joinery, and working with fine materials.
  • Familiarity with laminates, veneers, and precision fitting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights when required.

  • Responsible for the installation of a variety of interior and exterior signs, graphics, and displays
  • Installation of cut vinyl graphics, room signs, dimensional lettering, and large wall graphics
  • Installation of exterior post and panel signs
  • Courteous and professional interaction with clients on-site
  • Maintain clean vehicles and work environments
  • Effective time management, and ability to work overtime when needed to meet project deadlines
