Job description

Hunt EAS is seeking a collaborative and strategic leader to serve as Branch Manager for its Rochester, NY office. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this highly visible leadership role oversees approximately 45 employees within a multidisciplinary professional services environment supporting engineering, architecture, transportation, broadband, planning, solar, and infrastructure-related projects.


This opportunity is ideal for an experienced operational leader who enjoys team development, business growth, client engagement, and helping shape organizational strategy within a collaborative AEC environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Rochester office
  • Support financial performance, operational leadership, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Oversee multidisciplinary staff development, engagement, and organizational culture
  • Assist with business development, proposal efforts, and client relationship management
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Marketing, and IT support functions
  • Represent Hunt EAS within the Rochester business and professional community
  • Support long-range organizational planning and operational improvement initiatives

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience within AEC, infrastructure, consulting, professional services, or related environments
  • Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or management experience with responsibility for personnel, operations, financial performance, and strategic planning
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, client relationships, and organizational operations
  • Experience with business development and strategic growth initiatives preferred
  • PE, RA, PLS, PMP, or related credential preferred but not required
  • Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, and demonstrated leadership success may be considered
