Magazine, Robb Report, Vogue, and on major television networks including BravoTV, NBC, CBS, and Fox.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competitive outside sales representative to develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients for our luxury staging and furniture rental businesses. The successful salesperson is very comfortable finding, talking and negotiating with real estate developers, real estate brokers, and property owners to articulate our business propositions, present our best recommendations to meet their needs, negotiate a contract and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by opening new sources of business contacts that are unaware of our services and/or have not used us in the past. Additionally, this position contributes to our quality customer service that helps the sales team obtain and retain clients by meeting their specific needs.
Responsibilities
  • Identifying new business contacts to generate new revenue streams
  • Ability to identify and articulate client pain points and how we can specifically help
  • Creating and executing a sales plan to meet new business objectives
  • Use HubSpot CRM tool to work with prospects, update valuable client site details, etc.
  • Make cold calls and network effectively
  • Prepare and perform sales presentations based on client needs
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Research potential new businesses to go after and generate/follow-up sales leads
  • Identify possible sales events and training that can help achieve sales goals
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics.
  • Coordinate with the team in organizing and providing all necessary information
