Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Salesforce architecture
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Enterprise integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture
• Expertise in Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, Data Migration, and Data Governance
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and multi-org DevOps
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Generative AI/Agentic AI tools
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (mandatory); CTA preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
• Define and govern Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design scalable solutions, integrations, and data architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical reviews, DevOps, security, governance, and release management.
