Are you a Dynamics 365 Business Central expert?
 
We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect for our Data & Dynamics team!  Utilizing your deep and expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies, you understand client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills and are proficient in creating and implementing proven solutions that solve business challenges. You will work directly with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Leadership Teams to provide solution direction and quotes. 
A Day in the Life:
  • Support Long View's Business Applications and Data Modernization portfolio with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/ Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Map overall design to client requirements and systems, ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes, and fit within the enterprise context.
  • Participate with the implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs 
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required
  • Develop estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals which outline professional services required to meet client requirements
  • Stay abreast of architectural and industry changes, especially in the areas of Cloud and Data Analytics
  • Support functional resources and business analysts with requirements gathering, building a delivery backlog, and provide design guidance for mid to large sized Dynamics 365 (Business Central) projects
  • Follow best practices for agile delivery including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks 
  • Represent Long View at vendor and industry events as required
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of industry experience working in finance as either a consultant or subject matter expert
  • 5+ years of experience with any or all of the following:
  • Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Dynamics GP
  • Great Plains
  • Dynamics AX Finance Modules
  • Supply Chain experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile Frameworks
  • Proven skills or background as a Business Analyst
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions)
  • Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise
