Are you a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement wizard?

We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Presales Architect for our Head Office to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch!  Utilizing your deep and expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies, you understand client requirements through strong business and technical consulting skills and are proficient in creating and implementing proven solutions that solve business challenges. You will work directly with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Leadership Teams to provide solution direction and quotes.

A Day in the Life:
  • Participate in creating strategies and campaigns with applicable Practice Directors, Business Development Managers and Account Managers to maximize sales and opportunities for your product and services portfolio
  • Manage campaigns and strategies to ensure product/solution targets are being met
  • Support account planning process with sales operations and Account Managers to optimize sales opportunities in all assigned accounts
  • Qualify leads and sales opportunities with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and/or Practice Directors/Leads
  • Guide and lead the sales process through to closure including authoring the required documents (proposals, RFPs, RFIs) and contract (SOWs, SORs, SoS)
  • Share and document lessons learned on how/when/where we are winning and losing opportunities so that the Practice Directors can continuously improve the product portfolio
  • Use pre-packaged solution demos to educate customers
    Create custom demos and/or Proof-of-Concepts in order to augment and tailor standard demo content
    Expert demo skills in at least one of the following:
  • Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central
 
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of industry experience working as a subject matter expert in 2 or more technology areas of Dynamics 365
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions that create business outcomes
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including business stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations
  • 10+ years of advanced analytics experience
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions)
  • Familiarity with selling processes and willingness to work within the approved Long View processes
  • Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise
  • Ability to grasp new technology concepts rapidly and assess their relevance for client solutions
