Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance test automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making capabilities.
  • Drive documentation, architecture artifacts, and technical roadmaps to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps), and modern software delivery practices
  • Hands-on experience with security controls, observability, monitoring, and operational support strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical strategies to executive-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Release Management platforms
  • Background in financial services, banking, or regulated industries
  • Experience developing AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, machine learning, or recommendation engines
  • Knowledge of Oracle Banking platforms, Zafin, and enterprise testing ecosystems
