Company Overview:

We are a growing, customer-focused electrical/low voltage/life safety solutions provider serving education, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Central Florida. With a strong reputation for professionalism, safety, and integrity, we specialize in integrated electrical, fire alarm, security and safety solutions, and smart building systems.

We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in installation, service, and/or inspection of fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, test, and service fire alarm systems according to NFPA standards and local codes

  • Troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer specifications

  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation

  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of experience with fire alarm systems (installation, service, or inspection)

  • NICET Level I or higher in Fire Alarm Systems preferred (or ability to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with clients and team members

  • Knowledge of NFPA 72, local fire codes, and permitting processes

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
