Job description

Job Summary:
Deloitte is a leading professional services firm that provides solutions in cybersecurity. They are seeking a Lead Security Engineer II to lead the configuration and enhancement of the RSA Archer platform, ensuring it meets client requirements and supports integrations with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of the RSA Archer platform to meet client business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications, fields, workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls within Archer Collaborate with project leadership, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions
• Support and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems, including data imports, exports, and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, workflow, and data issues with limited oversight, escalating only when appropriate
• Drive requirements analysis, solution documentation, testing, deployment support, and user enablement activities
• Support system upgrades, patching, release management, and platform enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Ensure all deliverables align with client security, compliance, and quality standards
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to overall solution delivery best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret clearance
• 3+ years of hands-on experience within the following:
• + Configuring, developing, and supporting RSA Archer or a comparable GRC platform
• + Experience building and maintaining Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data feeds
• + Working knowledge of system integrations, data management, SQL, and/or scripting relevant to Archer platform support
