Job description

Role Overview:
The Archer IRM Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Archer IRM solutions. This includes designing on-demand applications, managing data feeds, advanced workflows, access control, reports, and dashboards. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and provide expertise in troubleshooting Archer application issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Archer IRM Solutions to meet business requirements, both from scratch and to enhance existing modules.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Archer applications, including data feeds, advanced workflows, access control, reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to discuss requirements, suggest optimal solutions, and translate Business needs into Archer technical requirements.
  • Analyze and design on-demand applications and Archer Core content offerings.
  • Configure and manage access control, user roles, and permissions within the Archer platform.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Archer application issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Archer with other enterprise systems.
  • Implement workflows that support business processes and reduce overhead.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with Team, Customer Lead, and Product Owner in regular agile meetings, suggesting improvements and new requirements.

Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience as an Archer IRM Developer, working on advanced features of Archer.
  • Knowledge of Archer core solutions and in designing on-demand applications.
  • Good knowledge of Archer use cases, modules, solutions, and core applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer science principles and IT engineering techniques.
  • Expertise in implementing solutions around Control assessments, Risk and Compliance reporting (e.g., roll up and aggregation techniques), Business Continuity Management, and Model Risk Management.
  • Good documentation skills for design & use cases, user / training guides, and workflow charts.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field.
  • 10+ years of experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • API Integration.
