Job description

Tycoon Arcade Assistant Manager

By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Arcade Assistant Manager ensures that our customers have the best variety of arcade games and pinball machines available to them in our arcade. This position is expected to excel in customer-facing interactions during daily arcade operations and be able to run sales in the Arcade Store.

This role provides leadership and strategic decision-making, while upholding all operating standards to impact our guests and staff in a positive manner.


The ideal candidate will have a history of 5+ years of professional experience, excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.

  • Managing the day to day operations of the arcade and cafe, including staffing, hiring, training and disciplinary actions.
  • Flexible work scheduled, including weekends, nights and holidays.

  • Understanding budgets and how best to effectively manage staffing and coverage without sacrificing our service.
  • Attendant duties: cleaning, organizing, tidying, and keeping everything orderly and safe.
  • Store duties: stocking, receiving, selling, redeeming points for prizes, and more.
  • Kitchen duties: serving, preparing food, cleaning including dishes, organizing stock.
  • Tech duties: receiving, setting up, maintaining, taking down, moving, and delivering machines.
  • Promote Tycoon Arcade sales and events
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned.
