Job description

We’re hiring an Arborist, and we’re willing to pay up to $45/hour for the right person.

Arborist Solutions is a small, family-owned tree care company serving Central Ohio. We’ve built our company around a pretty simple idea: do exceptional tree work, take care of our people, and don’t create a miserable place to work.

We’re looking for an experienced, quality-focused Arborist who knows their stuff and, just as importantly, is an excellent teammate.

This isn’t a position for someone who just wants to show up, cut trees, and go home. We want someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, cares about the trees and properties we’re working on, communicates well, and makes the crew better by being there.

What we offer:

  • Up to $45/hour for the right candidate
  • 4-day workweek
  • 4+ weeks of PTO
  • Company-paid health insurance
  • Flexible unpaid time off
  • High-quality equipment and a company willing to invest in its people
  • Opportunities to work across climbing, pruning, removals, plant health care, preservation, and other areas of arboriculture
  • A small team where your ideas and experience actually matter
  • A company that prioritizes tree preservation whenever it makes sense, rather than treating every tree as something to remove

We’re not necessarily looking for the fastest climber or the person with the longest résumé.

We’re looking for someone who is damn good at tree care, dependable, safe, humble enough to keep learning, and the kind of person other good arborists want beside them every day.

If that sounds like you—or you know someone who would be a great fit—send us a message or apply with Arborist Solutions in Columbus, Ohio.

🌳 Come do great tree work with good people.
