## U.S. Associate- Litigation, Arbitration & InvestigationsApplylocations: New York: Washington DCposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R00015443The Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team is looking for an exceptional mid-level associate to join the New York or Washington D.C. office. Class of 2022-2024 preferred. U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar or D.C. Bar required. Candidate should have significant experience in complex commercial litigation, including preparing/drafting and filing legal documents (ex. pleadings, discovery, motions), running discovery and document production in large cases, and taking or defending depositions. Clerkship experience, particularly at the federal level, is also preferred. Candidate must be proactive and team-oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.This is a terrific opportunity to join a busy and growing practice advising clients on complex matters.Application requires a resume, transcript *and*writing sample.
