What you will do:
- Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods >
- Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs) >
- Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries >
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalate potential shortages or discrepancies >
- Support reverse logistics and product return processes >
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness >
- Maintain accurate data flow between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) >
- Assist with month-end inventory and warehouse reconciliations >
- Support vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, and delivery timeline management >
- Help identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows, operational efficiency, and data integrity >
- Ensure operational processes are followed consistently and accurately >
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field >
- Understanding of shipping terminology and general logistics workflows from origin to destination >
- Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or HubSpot is a plus >
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail >
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment >
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills >
- Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus >
