• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and concerns and to tailor treatment strategies effectively.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of each client's social-emotional development, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Monitor and document client progress, preparing detailed reports while maintaining accurate records of all communications and interventions.
• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to provide insights into psycho-social issues, advising the team on best practices for integrated care.
• Guide caregivers in cultivating responsive parenting skills that reflect the unique values of each family, thereby fostering children's emotional well-being.
• Utilize your knowledge of cultural competency and life-stage development to provide relevant care to clients, from childhood through to the elderly.

This role primarily focuses on students and their families within a school environment. You will assess and support children facing various behavioral and emotional challenges. By working directly with students, parents, and educators, you will help create a comprehensive support system that enhances the educational experience and promotes mental health awareness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LICSW) or a related field is required to ensure comprehensive knowledge of social work practices.
• Must hold a valid, independent Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
• A minimum of two years of experience in social service, with a focus on psychiatric support, is essential for understanding client needs.
• Current certification or training in managing disruptive and assaultive behavior is preferred to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.
