Job description

Healogics—the nation's premier leader in advanced wound care—is seeking a full-time Traveling Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage across their Wound Care Centers throughout Tennessee, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

This is a regional travel role focused within TN/OK/AR state. Korzen Health is partnering with Healogics, the nation's leading provider of advanced wound care services, to support their growing clinical needs.

This role is best suited for someone who truly enjoys traveling and has the flexibility to be away from home during the week, returning home on weekends. Candidates should be comfortable with a mobile lifestyle and adapting to different clinical environments across the region.

For over 25 years, Healogics has treated patients with chronic wounds through more than 600 hospital-based wound care centers nationwide. Each year, they care for over 300,000 patients and have healed nearly 4 million wounds, making them the world's leading expert in wound healing.

Scope of Practice Highlights

  • Full team support including Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, and clinical support staff
  • Advanced wound care treatments including:
    • Debridement and wound cleaning
    • Compression therapy
    • Infection management and prevention
    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)
  • Outpatient setting only
  • Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
  • No nights, no call, no weekends
  • Travel required within TN/OK/AR State (regional coverage)
  • Assignments typically range from 3–6 months
  • Schedule is established in advance
  • Opportunity for growth into leadership roles


Experience Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted State NP license
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Active DEA license
  • Minimum of 1 year of NP experience required
  • Procedure experience required (Debridement, simple suturing, I&Ds, etc.)
