Licensed Journeyman Electrician – ANY STATE LICENSE | $65/hr + $175/Day PD

Cedar Rapids, IA – Data Center

Pay: $65/hr + $175/day per diem
Hours: 50–58/week
Duration: 4+ months

Finish Line Staffing is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA.

DON'T HAVE AN IOWA LICENSE? YOU MAY STILL QUALIFY.

Iowa Licensed JWs: $65/hr + $175/day PD

Reciprocity State JWs: Candidates licensed in AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI or WY may qualify for Iowa reciprocity. Current license must be valid/in good standing, achieved through testing and held for at least 365 days.

Licensed JWs from Other States: We are also accepting qualified Journeymen from non-reciprocity states who:

  • Hold a valid JW license in good standing
  • Completed a U.S. DOL registered/associated apprenticeship program
  • Are willing to apply for and take the Iowa Journeyman exam

Qualified candidates entering through the testing pathway can start at $65/hr + $175/day PD for the first 30 days while pursuing their Iowa license. If licensing takes longer than 30 days, pay may adjust to $50/hr + $150/day PD and continued project eligibility will be reviewed.

Requirements: E-Verify, drug screen and background check. English or Spanish accepted.
