Professionals in this role are responsible for tracking unpaid invoices, contacting clients or insurance companies to resolve payment delays, and ensuring that outstanding balances are collected in a timely manner. Their work helps maintain healthy cash flow for organizations by minimizing overdue accounts and resolving billing discrepancies. Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in AR Follow Up roles.
