What You'll Do
As a quality auditor, you'll be part of our team located in Jackson, TN. You'll get to:

  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality audits of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes using JDA WMS and Exacta.
  • Conduct regular AQL and date code audits based on customer and internal findings related to product and packaging concerns.
  • Monitor and conduct safety related audits within daily activities and when called out on daily check sheets.
  • Become process expert in the related areas of inbound, outbound, auto store, and inventory to provide knowledge to makers and leaders within those areas.
  • Conduct dock and trailer audits to ensure the product reaches its destination without damage
  • Place SKUs on related hold-status within JDA when requested or product/ packaging is found to be unacceptable.
  • Monitor and verify compliance with company and industry quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify, document, and report non-conformances, discrepancies, and process deviations.
  • Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management system requirements.

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role (or equivalent) within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge in JDA WMS and Exacta; experience with other WMS or quality management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, GMP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the distribution center for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
