Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced MES Consultant with expertise in Delmia Apriso to support and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems applications. The role involves managing incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal system performance while contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain MES applications, prioritizing and analyzing support tickets and issues.
• Assist in testing enhancements, fixes, and hot patches to ensure system stability.
• Raise problem reports and change requests for issues requiring code modifications.
• Collaborate with BI, ERP, and IT teams to resolve MES-related system impacts.
• Provide timely resolutions to users for reported MES tickets and issues.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize system efficiency.
• Perform MES configurations and HMI simulations.
• Conduct MES to PLC integration testing and validate new functionalities.
• Manage PLC to MES OPC configurations.
• Deliver MES and PLC training to end users.
Qualifications:
Required:
