Job description

Full-Time Shop Assistant – MotoClub LA (Culver City, CA)

We're a small but mighty motorcycle dealership and service center in Culver City, and we're looking for a full-time assistant who's ready to jump in, learn fast, and help keep things running smoothly.

We're an authorized Aprilia and Moto Guzzi dealer and a Ducati service center — and we take care of everything from new bike sales to post-accident repair and insurance coordination. It's a real shop with real customers, and no two days look the same.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming customers and handling front desk and phone inquiries
  • Supporting bike sales — following up with leads, answering questions, keeping the process moving
  • Helping coordinate service appointments and shop operations
  • Pitching in on social media, marketing tasks, and day-to-day admin
  • Whatever else needs doing — this is a small team, so flexibility matters

Who we're looking for:

  • Someone who genuinely likes motorcycles (rider a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Friendly, dependable, and able to figure things out without being micromanaged
  • Good communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Any experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a bonus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-business environment

The details:

  • Full-time position
  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • Located at our shop: 3770 Motor Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034 (Culver City area)
  • Compensation:$20

To apply: Send an email to Eleanor@motoclubla.com with a short intro — who you are, why this sounds like a good fit, and if you ride, tell us what you're on.
