Our Project Management team is instrumental in integrating Lucids cutting-edge products and technologies into a variety of applications, such as Motorsport and OEM projects. We are currently looking for a Technical Project Analyst to oversee activities within the Lucid Technologies team. This position will report to and be guided by a TPM (Technical Project Manager). The ideal candidate will have a proactive, enthusiastic attitude and approach their work with energy and determination. We expect candidates to excel in their field, learn quickly, and consistently strive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You Will :

  • Developing Project Plans: Assist in outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitoring Project Progress: Track risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Creating Status Reports: Develop and maintain status reports and dashboards, synthesize project progress, highlight roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating Communications: Facilitate meetings and communications between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Drive Problem Solving: Experience with quality and problem tools (e.g., structured problem-solving methods, 5 WHY, Fishbone diagrams, 8D, DFMEA, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments (such as design engineering, supply chain, manufacturing etc.) to plan and execute the development of internal/external customer facing programs.
  • Use project management tools to create project timelines, communicate key engineering tasks, requirements, track progress, and publish critical information promptly.
  • Occasional travel both domestically and internationally.

 You Bring:

  • BS in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking to identify critical paths, dependencies, and risks in projects.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills for effective cross-functional engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of program management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Atlassian, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Flexible and can-do attitude. 
  • Exposure to APQP/PPAP, NPI, or stage-gate processes.
  • Familiarity with metrics tracking for throughput, yield, and operational KPIs.Certificate in Project Management.
