What You’ll Do:
  • Master complex commercial installations repairs.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and replace plumbing systems across both commercial jobsites and homes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural schematics to accurately rough-in water, gas, and waste lines.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by explaining technical plumbing issues in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering strictly to regional plumbing codes.
What You Bring:
  • A valid Plumbing Apprentice License (4th-year status preferred).
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and a sharp troubleshooting mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements and Work Location:
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders on jobsites.
  • Ability to stand and perform manual labor for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Daily travel to various local sites using a company-provided vehicle.
