What Will Your Job Look Like?
  • Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
  • Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and communication flow.
  • For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify the truck is properly loaded with all materials needed to complete the work.
  • Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge with team members.
  • Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and industry standards.
  • Drive a company vehicle and ensure it is properly maintained.
What Do You Need?
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required by law)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with crew partners
