What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You will serve as a resource and leader for the team, assisting with clinical decision-making, staff guidance, and problem resolution as needed.

This role is focused on maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, supporting positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident and family satisfaction.
