Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a real difference? Solon Pointe is seeking dedicated nurses to join our team as Weekend Warriors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide compassionate care: You'll deliver nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety.

  • Administer medications: You’ll be responsible for giving medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Monitor patient health: Regularly assess and record vital signs, symptoms, and conditions, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.

  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with RNs, LPNs, STNAs, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
