Job Responsibilities:

Education, Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or High School Equivalency
  • Further training will be required on all job responsibilities not otherwise satisfied
  • Forklift training and experience
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Completed or complete in two (2) years the required schoolwork for a Department of Labor Journeyman Certificate in Tool and Die
  • Complete and score 66% or higher on NTMA mechanical aptitude test
Work Environment
  • The work environment is primarily manufacturing plant and is characterized by temperature extremes, loud noise and considerable tow motor traffic.
  • The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
  • Job responsibilities include heavy lifting (75 pounds) and working in confined spaces
  • Personal precision and hand tools required
  • Overtime as required. Normal work week will include weekends.
