Lead Tile Setter / Lead Carpenter

Lead Tile Setter / Carpenter – High-End Remodeling
Location: Milwaukee Metro Area
Company: Sanctum Home Inc.

Sanctum Home is looking for an experienced Lead Tile Setter / Lead Carpenter who takes pride in producing exceptional work. We specialize in high-end kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodeling, and we’re searching for someone who values craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This is not production work. We build projects the right way, using premium materials and proper installation methods. If you’re the type of person who notices every detail and refuses to cut corners, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Lead bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodels from start to finish.
  • Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and large-format tile.
  • Build and waterproof custom showers.
  • Perform framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and finish carpentry.
  • Read plans and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.
  • Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional.
  • Mentor apprentices and maintain quality control on every project.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of remodeling experience.
  • Strong tile setting and finish carpentry skills.
  • Experience with shower waterproofing systems and proper installation methods.
