As an Apprentice, you will receive specialized on-the-job training in either our moldmaking or machining departments. As aMoldmaker Apprentice, you will work in our apprentice area to learn the basics of moldmaking, such as tapping holes, fitting components and plugging waterlines. As aMachine Apprentice, you will work alongside a Programmer/Machinist to become familiar with the machine and controls, while performing job set-ups and general labour.


Integrity is happy to sponsor our apprentices through St. Clair College, should they choose to partner their job training with schooling.

Duties and Responsibilities for Moldmaker Apprentice:

  • Clean molds
  • Tap holes
  • Plug waterlines
  • Fit components
  • General Labour as required

Duties and Responsibilities for Machine Apprentice:

  • Prepare machine for productions by positioning and securing jobs
  • Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls
  • Maintain specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, adjusting controls and replacing tooling
