  • Fabricate, alter, and repair a wide variety of tools, dies, jigs, gauges, and fixtures.
  • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
  • Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
  • Perform precision measurements using a variety of inspection equipment to ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool performance and manufacturing processes.
  • Select appropriate materials and heat treatments for tools based on application requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
