Job description

Adecco is seeking an Engine Durability Dynamometer Technician for openings with our client in Livonia, MI. Pay is between $24-$35 hourly depending on experience and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Apply today!
Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate engine durability test cell

  • Test instrumentation

  • Monitor engine tests and perform regular engine health checks

  • Removal of engine after test completion


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical training in automotive field preferred

  • 2+ years of automotive mechanical related experience

  • Excellent engine mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills

  • Proficient with computers including MS Office and dynamometer controls operation

  • Must have own tools and rolling toolbox

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required

  • Flexible, eager to learn, and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience or training with AVL PUMA and/or A&D iTest dynamometer controls (preferred)


Pay Details: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour
