Our Advanced Manufacturing and Handling Systems (AMHS) team is at the forefront of revolutionizing factory automation. As an AMHS Robotics Engineer, you will have the outstanding chance to create, deploy, and improve modern autonomous systems that drive our manufacturing operations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hardware infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems, and the integration of advanced robotics technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the reliability, performance, and lifecycle management of autonomous hardware systems.

  • Support the installation, startup, commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness of OHT systems, AMRs, robotic platforms, robotic dogs, and future humanoid robotic solutions.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and software integration issues.

  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.

  • Review, experiment with, and adopt emerging autonomous technologies to boost system performance and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

  • Equivalent military experience, technical certifications, apprenticeship programs, or demonstrated industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Over 3 years of experience providing support for automation equipment, robotics, manufacturing equipment, material handling systems, or autonomous technologies.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in automation, robotics, material handling, semiconductor, logistics, or advanced manufacturing operations.

  • Experience designing, deploying, or sustaining autonomous robotic solutions in operational environments.

  • Experience with factory automation and autonomous transportation systems.

  • Experience applying AI, advanced analytics, or machine learning methods to equipment performance and reliability challenges.
