Long Term Contract
Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Vulnerability Management Remediator with strong expertise in Tanium Patch, Deploy, and Comply modules. This role focuses on enterprise-scale patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint hardening across Windows and Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute OS and third-party application patching using Tanium.
  • Remediate vulnerabilities identified via Tanium, Tenable, Qualys, and Rapid7.
  • Create, test, and deploy patching policies and maintenance windows.
  • Validate patches and perform post-deployment verification.
  • Troubleshoot failed deployments and endpoint agent issues.
  • Apply system hardening aligned with CIS benchmarks and security standards.
  • Support urgent remediation for zero-day and critical vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on remediation efforts.
  • Document remediation activities and maintain audit compliance evidence.
  • Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline remediation.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in vulnerability remediation or systems administration.
