Job description

Visual content like photography, video, 3D or graphic design is critical for Customers to understand and evaluate products in their online shopping journey, but also to convey a sentiment of shopping in an elevated environment. Our team is continually innovating and setting new industry standards for showcasing tens of millions of products across multiple countries.
We're looking for a Sr Program Manager to help us build the visual content that will elevate the Customer experience for premium and luxury products.
Key job responsibilities
- Define elevated content requirements to support new UX components: the type of content needed, the volumes to produce, quality levels and business impact
- Build roadmaps to meet content coverage and quality goals
- Support planning for editorial campaigns
- Strategize content acquisition across sources (Brand-provided, in-house created, AI-generated etc.)
- Follows deliverables against plan, timing and budget
- support org-level AI initiatives as needed
A day in the life
Track progress across multiple concurrent workstreams focused on building Amazon's credibility as a high-end retailer, ensuring alignment to program objectives and timely delivery of key milestones.
Define and document project requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable workstreams to expand content coverage.
Develop glidepaths with measurable targets and monitor completion against established benchmarks, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain program velocity.
Document and define the strategic framework for scaling initiatives, ensuring repeatable processes and operational readiness for broader adoption.
Build mechanisms to evaluate and track content performance

Our team name, éShop, stands for Elevated Shopping. We intend to develop new, elevated customer experiences that will assert Amazon as a preferred destination for high-end shopping.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
