Project Manager/Supervisor – Lead High-End Residential Electrical & Controls Projects for DK Electric Services


Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a crucial leader overseeing luxury residential electrical installations from ground-up construction to final inspections. This position gives you the autonomy to direct high-profile custom projects while growing your career within an expanding, family-owned business. You will work directly with a close-knit team that values your technical expertise and offers significant room for advancement.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct full-scope electrical and lighting controls systems installations for high-end custom homes ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 square feet.
  • Oversee field operations from initial ground-up rough-in through trim work, commissioning, and final inspections.
  • Coordinate daily job site activities, material needs, and scheduling to maintain strict project timelines.
  • Resolve complex on-site technical issues and field adjustments to maintain high craftsmanship standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with field teams, general contractors, and owners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Mentor field crews and ensure compliance with safety, technical, and quality control guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation for high-end custom projects, including tracking labor hours, materials used, scope progress, and change orders to support precise job costing and billing.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related electrical experience in field operations.
  • Proven experience executing high-end custom residential or luxury control projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, manage project timelines, and navigate municipal inspections.
  • Hands-on experience working with three-phase electrical systems, including 277/480-volt systems.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.
  • Prior supervisory experience overseeing field teams on luxury custom builds.
  • Deep knowledge of modern residential lighting, automated controls, and smart home lighting control systems.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly pay cycle with hourly rates ranging from $45 to $50 per hour.
